I am "5" 9 and 159 lbs. and both the Medium and Large fit me but I like my pants long so I went with Large. Inseam is about 31 inches. IF you are shorter you can pull them up a little higher for that nice high waist look. Sizes S - 2XL 

*Says Dry-clean on the tag but you can absolutely wash them on Delicate and Dry them. They do not shrink.
